It was Frank Duffin, her maternal grandfather, who introduced co-owner Sarah Penn to the reliable pleasures of dining out at Boston area eateries. Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne parlor is a fresh take on the hospitality and warmth remembered from those adventures.
